Using our software to DIY your passport/VISA photos, you need to have your photos ready which satisfy the corresponding requirements. You can find your photo quality requirements here. Just follow the work flow as below to make your passport photos.

(A) Since there are usually some common requirements to a passport photo, it is necessary to follow some common instructions like:
* full face, front view, eyes open
* natural expression (no smiling)
* Photograph subject against a plain white or off-white background
* No distracting shadows on the face or background
* Correctly exposed, Face and background uniformly illuminated
* Don't wear clothes with brand name shown in the photo

Tips: You can take lots of photos and pick the best one for processing.
(B) In order to satisfy the photo quality, you may do some necessary edit to you photo using photo editing softwares such as microsoft office picture manager,Photoshop, or free softwares like Google Picasa, GIMP,etc. Adjust the brightness, contrast, sharpness, and color to make you look great in the photo. If you take a good photo, you may not need any editing. You can skip and go to DIY your passport photo using our "passport photo cropper".
(C) After you finish your editing, save the photo to your hard drive.
(D) Start our "Passport/VISA Photo Cropper" software and follow the instruction shown in the software to start doing the processing.
(E) When you finish your processing, you will see the passport photo on your screeen. If you're satisfied, you can save the photo on your hard drive.
You can use professional photo print services such as Kinko's, Walgreens, or some other stores your know to print it out on (prefer thin low) Glossy Photo Papers and Use the photo copies clear of writing on the front and back (you may get some letters on the back of the photo paper, don't use those photos)! Usually, let's say from the 4x6 inches photo paper you can get several clear ones. So, when you order from professional store, order more than one which will guarantee you get enough clear ones. It's still cheap. One 4x6 inches photo costs only about 20 cents.
